Dear MCAA member of the Danish Chapter,
We are pleased to announce that our Winter/Spring meeting will be next Wednesday 31. March. This meeting is dedicated to the memory of our former Chair and Chapter founder María E. Mondéjar. Associate Professor at DTU Mechanical Engineering department Fredrik Haglind will present Maria's contributions in her research field. We will continue the session with presentations about mindfulness and mental health and career paths outside academia, given by Facilitator and Career Coach Sonja Noss and Career Coach, Trainer and Author Dr. Ulrike Scheeberg, respectively.

About the speakers:
Fredrik Haglind is an Associate Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at DTU. He is a researcher in the field of power cycles, focusing on innovative technologies that utilize low-temperature heat sources. In a was a colleague of Maria E. Mondéjar’s and he will present Maria’s contribution in the field of renewable energy thermal technologies, sustainable power production, energy efficiency, and the thermophysical behavior of fluid systems.
Sonja Noss is a Facilitator and Career Coach specialized in international scientific high-performance environments. She brings nearly 15 years experience working in the scientific community (Research Management).
Dr. Ulriche Schneeberg is a Career Coach, Trainer and Author with a focus on transitions between academia/research to the non-academic market. She brings expertise in trainings and coachings for graduates and post-docs to find a clear and satisfying job strategy.
