ICT for sustainable places - Nice, France, September 9-11, 2013

The conference “ICT for sustainable places” will take place from 9 to 11 September in Nice, France.

The event will be an opportunity to discuss the energy and environmental benefits of interconnectivity, innovative technologies, energy efficiency and energy performance.

The conference is organised by the RESILIENT Project and is supported by the European Commission under its research funding programme – FP7. It will give manufacturers, service providers, research laboratories, standards bodies and urban planners the opportunity to meet and network, to share information, to assess outcomes from advanced projects, discuss possible synergies and look ahead to possible evolutions in standards. Around 100 participants are expected.

Discussions will be led by representatives from the European Commission (DG CONNECT), along with energy and electronics experts.
