Join the first EAGE Women in Geoscience and Engineering Workshop at Institut de Physique du Globe de Paris

For those based around Paris, we are happy to invite you to join the first EAGE Women in Geoscience and Engineering Workshop at Institut de Physique du Globe de Paris on next Friday 14th April 2017.

This initiative of the IPGP Gender Equality Group aims to address and perhaps solve some gender (in)equality issues encountered daily by women geoscientists. Four female speakers from industry and academia have accepted to come talk about their own experience and point of view. The discussions will include the unconscious bias, leadership, maternity/paternity leave, 'positive discrimination', sexual harassment at work, etc.
